Why it matters

Foot pain can affect more than your feet.

Pain, weakness, nerve irritation, nail problems or skin concerns can change the way you walk, train, work and move day to day. At South Yarra Podiatry, we assess the whole picture — your symptoms, footwear, activity, movement patterns and goals — then recommend a care plan suited to your needs.

Our services

Podiatry designed around pain, movement and recovery.

Four ways we help — each starting with a thorough assessment and a clear, practical plan.

01

Foot Pain Assessment

For heel pain, arch pain, forefoot pain, ankle pain and general lower-limb discomfort. We assess what may be contributing and outline practical next steps.

02

FMS Podiatry Recovery

A recovery-focused service using Functional Magnetic Stimulation to support muscle activation, nerve-related symptoms and lower-limb function where clinically appropriate.

03

General Podiatry

Care for common foot conditions including corns, calluses, nail concerns, skin concerns and routine foot care — in a calm, premium clinic environment.

04

Telehealth Podiatry

Online consultations for advice, triage, care planning, footwear guidance and follow-up support — convenient care without attending in person.

FMS recovery podiatry

Recovery-focused podiatry, powered by Functional Magnetic Stimulation.

Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS) is a non-invasive, painless technology that uses pulsed magnetic fields to stimulate muscle and nerve tissue — including deeper structures — without needing direct skin contact. In a podiatry setting, it may be used to support muscle activation, lower-limb function and nerve-related symptoms as part of an individualised care plan.

  • Non-invasive & painless — no needles, no incisions.
  • No skin contact required — can be applied comfortably over clothing.
  • Reaches deeper muscle — targets structures that can be hard to activate.
  • Part of your plan — combined with the rest of your podiatry care.
FMS is offered only where clinically appropriate. Your podiatrist will assess your concern first and discuss whether it’s suitable for your individual presentation. It is not suitable for everyone, and responses vary between individuals.

Telehealth podiatry

Podiatry advice from home.

Telehealth podiatry is available for patients who want convenient advice, care planning or follow-up support without needing to attend the clinic in person. It’s a practical option for busy schedules, regional patients and follow-up reviews.

Some concerns may require an in-person assessment — we’ll let you know if that’s the case. Hands-on treatment, such as nail or skin care, is provided in-clinic.
